Previously Deported Illegal Alien Accused Of Killing Family In Texas

A previously deported illegal alien is accused of killing five people in Texas over a noise dispute. All of the victims appear to have been in the same house and part of the same family. One of the family members approached the shooter, 38-year-old Mexican national Francisco Oropesa Perez-Torres, over loud noises he was making. Apparently, Perez-Torres was shooting his gun in his backyard at night, which kept a young baby awake. This request angered the man. He decided to go over to the house where the request came from and open fire on those inside with his rifle. Five were killed, including an 8-year-old child. Perez-Torrest is still on the run.

Francisco Oropesa Perez-Torres is no stranger to law enforcement. Authorities have been called to his Texas residence on numerous occasions. He is also an illegal alien who has been deported on three separate occasions: 2009, 2012, and 2016. His 2012 deportation came as a result of his being arrested and jailed for DUI. As politicians in Washington D.C. do nothing about the border crisis, it continues to spiral out of control. The country is awash in illegal drugs, guns, and dangerous people with lengthy criminal rap sheets just like Perez-Torres.
